Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 February 2026

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Cash Me Up website (cashmeup.co.uk) and services. By using our site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us at hello@cashmeup.co.uk.

2. Our Services

Cash Me Up is a free referral and information service that connects UK consumers with regulated claims management companies and other financial services partners. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or claims management services directly. We are not responsible for the outcome of any claim submitted through our partners.

3. Free Service to Consumers

Our service to consumers is free of charge. We earn referral commissions from our regulated partners, not from consumers. You will never be charged by Cash Me Up for using our website or submitting an enquiry. Any fees related to a claims management service are between you and the claims company, and will be clearly disclosed to you before you proceed.

4. No Legal or Financial Advice

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal or financial advice. You should seek independent legal or financial advice before making decisions about claims or financial products. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is always current.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information; not submit multiple enquiries using different identities; not use our services for any unlawful purpose; not attempt to disrupt or compromise our website or services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Me Up is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services or our partners' services, including the outcome of any claim. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered members of significant changes by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
